Pay for the fuel used determined by the fuel computer, hire the contract pilot of your choice to take you and your associates when & where you want/need to travel to on your schedule.
Book it online, the pilot will contact you within 24 hours and you are set; they will make any car, hotel or coordination conference rooms are available at most small airport to use for business meetings.
